What to expect

Your first few weeks

Everyone is different, and iron works gradually, not overnight. Here is a realistic idea of how it tends to go.

1

Week 1

You are laying the groundwork. Most people do not feel much yet, and that is completely normal. Iron builds up slowly.

2

Weeks 2 to 3

Many people start to notice calmer, more restful evenings and a little less tossing and turning at night.

3

Month 1 to 2

As your iron stores build, this is when people tend to feel the biggest difference in how they rest and how they feel the next day.

Tip: ask your doctor to check your ferritin (your iron storage), not just the standard iron test. It is a simple ask, and it lets you see your own numbers.

Questions

Good questions, honest answers

My doctor said my iron is normal. Will this even help?
A standard blood test only checks the iron in your blood. The iron inside your brain is separate, and it can run low even when your blood reads normal. That is the gap Stillwell is built for. Ask your doctor to check your ferritin so you can see your storage level.
Will it upset my stomach like iron pills did?
Stillwell uses gentle chelated iron (ferrous bisglycinate), which is far easier on the stomach than the harsh iron in most cheap pills. It is also a sensible daily amount, not a mega-dose.
Is it safe to take every day?
It is built as a daily gummy at a sensible amount. As with any iron, ask your doctor to check your ferritin first, and do not take extra iron if you already have high iron levels or a condition like hemochromatosis. Keep out of reach of children.
How many do I take?
Two gummies a day, any time, with or without food.
Is it for men too?
Yes. It is made with women 45 and over in mind, but the same support works for anyone whose restless nights trace back to low iron.
When will I notice a difference?
It is gradual, not instant. Most people start to notice calmer evenings around weeks 2 to 3, with the biggest difference by month 1 to 2 as iron stores build.
What is in it?
Gentle iron (ferrous bisglycinate) plus vitamin C, vitamin B6, folate, and B12. Sugar-free and vegan.
